Description
On September 25, 1951, Héléne and René
Léger opened their first rotisserie on St-Hubert
Street in Montreal. This was the beginning of what was to
become Les Rotisseries St-Hubert Ltée. It is because
of these true pioneers and their innovative ideas that the
chain today is the pride of Quebec restaurant business.
It is to mark their successful achievement that Unibroue
has created this unique beer: the St-Hubert.

BBC » I'll take
the St-Hubert chicken over the St-Hubert beer, but maybe
you are a vegetarian who likes Strong Ales.
