Description
It is the name of a small village in Algarve, in the south
of Portugal. It was also the place from where sailed, in
the fifteenth century, the vessels that "brought new
worlds to the world".
Sagres is all this and also the name of the most prestigious
brand of beer in Portugal - the leading beer since 1940.
A very special beer sold in 18 countries. In Portugal, beer
is Sagres.
