Description
The heat pasteurization used by other beers can impart an
overdone taste and destroy a beer's fresh flavor. But Miller
Genuine Draft is never exposed to heat. After brewing, the
beer is immediately cooled to around 35°, allowing it
to stay cold, fresh and full of flavor.
At near-freezing temperatures, Miller Genuine Draft is
then filtered four times, the only beer that uses cold-filtering
technology. During the final filtration step, the ice-cold
beer is run through porous ceramic filters. The filters
remove any impurities, creating golden beer of remarkable
clarity.
By filtering Miller Genuine Draft four times and keeping
it at a constant cold temperature, Miller brew masters make
the extra effort to create something special. The result
of their dedication: pure beer untouched by heat; unadulterated
from fermentation all the way to packaging.
Experience Miller Genuine Draft for yourself. You'll find
bright flavor and a hint of hop fruitiness, followed by
a smooth finish that glides over the tongue. The fresh smooth
flavor of Miller Genuine Draft. Experience is golden.
