but a bit of a skunky taste, unfortunately (at least the
one I had).
Shawn from Victoria, BC » The skunkiness you tasted was probably because the bottle was left in the sun. When the bitter compounds from the hops are exposed to UV light they turn into something that tastes like skunk. Brown bottles block out the light, so they can be safely exposed to direct sun light. This one is clear, however.
